telling stories to ourselves
I am finding my way back into story-telling.
Proper storytelling, not AI slop masquerading as articles or think pieces.
Though, who can really be sure.
I've even found myself avoiding fanfiction that was written after 2024.
So I have picked up a bunch of stuff.
For books, we have A Farewell to Arms, Project Hail Mary, and The Last Thing He Ever Told Me (also watching the TV show).
And now there is a bunch of Apple TV shows I can watch. Imperfect Women seems nice. There is murder. Which is nice.
I love domestic thrillers that look all happy-families, but hides some high stake drama.
Very excited for the week ahead (everyone else is away for a conference) and then the week after, my birthday week. Yes, including the weekend, I would be off work for 6 days.
